Product Description:
PTC-200A/B, is two component Platinum vulcanizing agent is used as vulcanizing agent for silicone molding and extrusion molding. It has fast molding and vulcanization speed, low molding temperature and one-time vulcanization.
Fully cross-linked between molecules, no need for secondary vulcanization, and the molded product has excellent physical properties.
The dimensions are stable, the shrinkage rate is low, and the tensile strength, tear resistance strength, and resilience performance of the product are greatly improved.
Typical Physical Properties：
PTC-200A: transparent paste, containing platinum and organic silicon polymer
PTC-200B: transparent organic silicon polymer, containing crosslinking agent and inhibitor.
Usage:
Add ratio A: 0.4-0.5%
Add ratio B: 1.2-1.5%
Curing temperature: 110-160℃
Curing time: 10-15minutes
