Platinum Catalysts（Heterogeneous catalyst）is a two-component platinum 

addition molding silicone vulcanizing agent, mainly used for low-temperature 

vulcanization and odorless silicone products. Such as: extruded silicone tube, 

shaped strip, LED light bar, silicone calendered coil, silicone wire, etc. Products 

vulcanized with platinum vulcanizing agent can pass FDA and ROHS certification

for primary vulcanization, and LFGB certification for secondary vulcanization.

Application

Good for both compression molding and extrusion forming.

This agent are mainly applied to Food Grade and Medical Grade

 products, such as baby nipples, cake mold, silicone cookwares,

extrusion gaskets ,ice mold, table matt, medical silicone tube and so on.

Physical Properties

PTC-200A: transparent paste, containing platinum and organic silicon polymer

PTC-200B: transparent organic silicon polymer, containing crosslinking agent and inhibitor.

Attention

1. The raw material is easy poisoning once contact with nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and heavy metal materials.

2. PTC-200A and PTC-200B can not be added at the same time. First add PTC-200B into raw silicone and mixing evenly, then add PTC-200A into raw silicone. The addition order is important.

3. The temperature of mixing machine which used for mixing silicone with platinum curing agent can not be higher than 45℃. Please add this agent after being cold.

4. The mixed raw materials should be used up within two days.

Please choose the suitable raw materials for hot air vulcanization,unmatched raw material will cause bubbles in the process.

6 months at room temperature without open.
