Overview
Our silicone inhibitor is a high-purity retarder specially developed for platinum-based addition cure silicone systems. It can effectively restrain the crosslinking reaction between vinyl silicone and hydrogen silicone oil at room temperature, avoid premature gelation during production, and completely lose inhibition activity under medium-high temperature heating to realize full vulcanization of silicone without damaging the physical and optical performance of silicone finished goods. This product is widely adopted by silicone factories, coating manufacturers and electronic material suppliers worldwide.

Usage Instructions
Add the silicone inhibitor into vinyl silicone base material proportionally, stir uniformly at room temperature, then mix with platinum catalyst and hydrogen silicone oil before molding. Higher dosage leads to longer working time and needs higher curing temperature or longer heating time for full vulcanization.
Package & Storage
Standard package: 1kg / 5kg / 20kg plastic drum. Keep sealed, store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environment. Keep away from strong oxidants.
